Survivor Writing Course
"I had cancer and lived to talk about it. It has given me compassion for others in ways that nothing could have taught me."
- Heidi Gottlieb

UPCOMING SCHEDULE
Six To Eight People Per Course
TBD - ENROLL NOW
Writing, Creativity, Survivor, Coaching Workshop is a place where Heidi Gottlieb, brain cancer survivor, writer, and certified coach, has created a heart-centered space for a small, intimate group of other cancer survivors to process their emotions, experiences, and challenges through writing. She works with clients based on her healing process; her personal experiences have deeply influenced her work. No writing experience is necessary. Heidi has found writing to be a freeing creative outlet, giving her a sense of clarity during times of total darkness. Writing can deepen your self-awareness and allow an exploration of your consciousness. “Whether you’re keeping a journal or writing as a meditation, it’s the same thing. What’s important is you have a relationship with your mind” ~Natalie Goldberg, popular author & speaker
Heidi looks forward to having small groups of other survivors join her for a six-week course, to explore inner and outer creativity practices of writing, mindfulness, and coaching. We will practice writing as a path to personal exploration as cancer survivors. Sessions will include periods of compelling mindfulness sessions, innovative writing exercises, readings, Q&A, sharing, discussion, and coaching.
